One of the easiest things I've ever made

So at my work, we have started a new thing called "Potluck Mondays." This is exactly what the name describes. Last week, I was having trouble trying to figure out what exactly to bring for potluck because I didn't have a whole lot of time or energy to do something big and snazzy. I came across a recipe called: Easy Crockpot Fiesta Chicken. This recipe is SO GOOD, SO EASY, and SO YUMMY. You can serve it several different ways: Over rice, in tortillas, in quesadillas, with chips, plain... the list goes on.

Well, everyone at work loved it! It was the perfect thing to bring because it was so easy, and it just cooked all day in the crockpot while we all worked away.

My New Obsession

I have recently realized an obsession that I have. I think I have always had it, but until more recently have I really realized how real it is. The obsession: the mixture of chocolate and banana. When I go to Cold Stone, I get banana ice cream mixed with brownies and fudge. This is what I get every time. So obviously I am a chocolate/banana lover. But tonight I tried a new recipe. The recipe is called: chocolate bottom banana bars. It comes from tammysrecipies.com.
